A traditional form of yoga that was taught by Sri K Pattabhi Jois in Mysore, India. Series of postures always practiced in the same order with the meditation spirit in constant movement. This method of dynamic yoga includes the synchronization of the breath with a series of progressive and adapted postures.

Teachers design their own sequences, while students synchronize their breath with their movement.
PRENATAL & POSTNATAL YOGA
Yoga works both the psyche and the body, and its goal is to create harmony between the body and mind. Through breathing, concentration and different poses, the mother-to-be learns to disconnect from her intellect and dive inside her own body. Prenatal yoga will guide her throughout her pregnancy right up to the moment she gives birth.
