Looking inwards, I experience the present moment
This sequence will allow you to familiarize yourself with the present moment. It’s very important to be able to look inwards and concentrate. In the present moment, you’ll resolve all your difficulties. When in peace, the body regenerates and heals itself. Being present must become your main goal. This practice will allow you to dissolve mental fatigue, take root and make you feel secure by soothing your system. To make peace a reality, we’ll lean on our physical feelings, breathing and sounds.
