Exploring the art of movement. This is the backdrop of the multiple paths followed by Julien Gagnon, a professional dancer who now fully dedicates himself to teaching yoga. Convinced that it is the discipline of choice for an in-depth understanding of movement, Julien now seeks to take yoga off the beaten track. Convinced of the benefits of its practice on all levels, he strives to implement it in various settings for which yoga would have not necessarily been an obvious choice. With twelve years of sustained yoga practice, Julien Gagnon has extensive knowledge of body positioning and alignment within yoga postures. Many yoga teachers also turn to him for help on certain grey areas of their own practice.
